=I will not condone having my art be used as NFT or feeding to AI.
=No WIPS will be provided unless the commissioner asks.If you want to be sent WIPS feel free to let me know, it's no problem!
=I can create artwork for OCs, fanarts, couple, yumeship, gore and NSFW content.
=I have the right to decline and refund the commission if I feel like I can't fulfill the request.
=I will post the completed artwork on my social media with a watermark.
=Please provide clear appearance references and things that you feel are easily forgotten. I don’t accept textual descriptions.
=Please note that commissioned art is for non-commercial, personal use only. The commissioners will receive the unwatermarked artwork.PAYMENTS=Currently, I only accept commissions through vgen/kofi, only paypal. You can also choose what you want from my portfolio and trade it through vgen and kofi, it is safe for both of us.
=Prices are in USD; please use a currency converter if needed. Do not send any payment until I accept.
=Commission will only be started once the full payment is received.
Adding your animal ears and tail(I'm not particularly good at drawing) , changing the color of clothes(if it could be changed) is free.
=Based on the complexity of your role, I have the authority to increase the price or refuse the commission.
=Rush orders are accepted. Rush orders x1.5(Complete within 48 hours)REVISIONS3 free revisions, unless for details i missed. Fees will apply for revisions more than three times.USE=Different YCHs have different authorization scopes, your commission is always assumed to be for private use and doesn’t involve commercial use. If you have any special needs, please be sure to contact me first as commercial use may incur additional fees. Usually, their pricing is as follows(Suitable for all authorized commercial purposes such as vtubers):
=Commercial: Streaming / content use +50%
=Commercial: Merchandise / ads / print +100%
=Fanart for games and VTubers should use the watermark version when posted on public platforms like Twitter, Discord, or Twitch.
=The artwork cannot be used in art competitions or for game development.
=Please note that YCH commission rules must align with the base artist's rules, as each base artist may have different guidelines. If you are reported for copyright infringement, you are responsible for addressing the issue and may need to pay a copyright fee to the P2U base artist.
=Not displaying works requires an additional 20% fee.
=Dont use the image to cause adverse impacts or hate speech on any offline and online identity, community, social group, or nation.
=Dont use the image to cause social unrest or other content promoting destructive behaviors, extremist values, false information, etc.REFUNDS=If your commission has already begun, I will not be able to make a full refund.
Your commission will be terminated upon refund.
=If your commission does not start you will receive a full refund.
